Three plans, real starting figures, and a full comparison of what
each one includes. Nothing here needs a discovery call to unlock — you
should know roughly what an engagement costs before you spend an hour
talking to us about one.

Ad spend never passes through us
Our plans
Website Development
A fast, search-ready site built to convert the traffic it earns.
Starting from
$1,500
Custom design — no recycled templates or page builders
Mobile-first build, tested on real devices
Core Web Vitals tuned before launch, not after
On-page SEO and schema built in from the first page
Conversion-focused layout with tracked calls and forms
Content management you can actually update yourself
Analytics, Search Console and call tracking configured
301 redirect mapping so existing rankings survive the move
Every figure above is a starting price rather than a cap — scope moves
it, and each service page publishes the full range for that service. Paid
media fees are for management only: ad spend goes from your account
straight to the platform.

Questions
What people ask before signing
Not covered here? Call (929) 592-4984 and ask — you will speak to
somebody who does the work, not a salesperson who hands you off
afterwards.
Why do you publish prices when almost no agency in this market does?
Because the opacity is the single most common complaint we hear from businesses who have shopped around, and we would rather lose the engagements we are too expensive for at the enquiry stage than at the proposal stage. We reviewed the five highest-ranking agencies in our own home market and not one of them publishes a figure of any kind, which means every buyer in this category has to sit through a discovery call before they learn whether they can afford the conversation at all. It also costs us something real, and it is worth being honest about what: publishing removes our ability to price by what a client appears able to pay, which is a genuine revenue lever most agencies quietly rely on. We think the trade is worth it, and the fact that you are reading a number right now rather than a contact form is the entire argument.
Is the starting price what I will actually pay?
It is the floor, and it is a real floor rather than a decoy — but scope moves the number, and we would be misleading you if we implied otherwise. The SEO plan starts at $300 per month, and a single-location business in a moderately competitive category genuinely lands near there. A multi-location business, or one in a saturated category where every competitor is already running the same playbook, needs more work per month and will sit higher; every service page publishes the full range for that service, because those are bands rather than starting points. Website builds work the same way: $1,500 buys a real custom site, and a large multi-template build with heavy content migration costs more. What we commit to is that you will see the actual number in writing before anything starts, and that it will not move afterwards without you agreeing to a change in scope first.
What is not included in the monthly fee?
Ad spend, most importantly, and this catches people out often enough that it deserves to be said plainly. Paid media pricing on this site is a management fee only — the money that actually goes to Google or Meta is separate, goes directly from your account to the platform, and never passes through us. That is deliberate: it keeps the ad account in your name, means you can see exactly what was spent without taking our word for it, and removes the incentive problem that arises when an agency profits from spend it also recommends. Beyond that, third-party costs that are genuinely yours — domain registration, hosting above a basic tier, premium stock imagery, paid tooling you want to keep — are billed at cost or set up in your own name. We do not mark those up.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, and we do not offer one even if you ask. Everything is month to month. The honest tension worth naming is that SEO compounds, so a client who leaves at week six pays for foundational work and collects almost none of the return it was going to generate — that is a bad outcome for you, not just for us. So instead of a lock-in we ask for a realistic horizon up front: three to six months before website and technical SEO show clearly in revenue, faster for local work, and we will tell you before you start if we think your situation needs longer than you are prepared to give it. The risk we take on is obvious, which is that we can be fired the month before the work starts paying. We would rather carry that than keep clients through a contract term they are trying to leave.
How do I know which plan I need?
If you do not have a website, or the one you have is slow, hard to update or was built by someone you can no longer reach, start with Website Development — no amount of search work will outrun a site that cannot convert the traffic it receives. If you have a site you are broadly happy with and the problem is that nobody is finding it, start with SEO, AEO and GEO. If you need more than one thing, or you serve several locations, or you have a budget and want to know what it can realistically buy, the Custom Plan exists precisely so you can have that conversation without being pushed into whichever package we happen to sell most of. The free business analysis comes first in every case, and part of its job is telling you when the answer is a cheaper plan than the one you called about.
What happens if the work is not producing results?
We show you the leading indicators before the lagging ones, so you find out early rather than at month six. Indexation, impression growth, map pack position and citation presence all move before revenue does, and they are in every monthly report specifically so that a programme which is not working becomes visible while there is still time to change it. If the diagnosis is that we picked the wrong channel, we will say so and recommend the right one even when that means a smaller engagement or none at all — we turn down paid search regularly for businesses whose close rate cannot support their category cost-per-click, and it costs us engagements every time. And because there is no contract, the remedy if you disagree with our reading of the numbers is simply to stop, with the domain, the site, the content and the ad accounts already in your name.
